The hunting world lost a good friend and PH to cancer on Saturday, June 4th, 2005 Mr. Ridge Taylor.
We still miss you, Ridge. Your enthusiasm, professionalism and passion for the outdoors made our lives a little easier and a whole lot brighter. Thank you for all the wonderful years. Rest in peace. |
|
FOR RIDGE
A man of spirit, bold and true, whose life spanned continents,
He touched me, he touched you.
His quiet strength, his perfect aim
Gave others courage. So many claim.
As evening falls and the lions roar
And creatures find a place to hide their store,
He remembers with fondness the joy of the day
And looks to tomorrow for some other way
To capture the essence of what he knew was true,
A perfect experience for hunters like you.
We know not where life's next adventure lies
But we know he's at peace
both here and under the African skies...
